Please report any damage to the cabin before you leave Hyatt Lake Resorts. Although the cabin cleaning fee is included in your rental fee, Hyatt Lake Resorts reserves the right to charge an additional $50 fee to your credit card if our cleaning staff finds any excessive damage. You will be notified of the charges and provided with a receipt for any repairs.
Cabin Substitutions:
Hyatt Lake Resorts reserves the right to move you to another comparable cabin should the cabin you reserved become unavailable for any reason.
Weather Conditions:
Hyatt Lake Resorts is located in a high snow area in the Cascade Mountains. Please keep that in mind when you make your winter reservations.Feel free to contact us about weather and road conditions before you start up the mountain. We are sorry but we cannot issue refunds because of inclement weather conditions. If you must cancel for any reason we require a 48 hour notice. Your credit card will be charged if you do not cancel within the 48 hours.
