Hyatt Lake Resort is located on Hyatt Lake, which is a sister lake to Howard Prairie Lake about five miles away. At 5200' elevation Hyatt Lake is slightly higher than Howard Prairie Lake. Make sure you bring some warm clothes even towards the end of summer, when it can get chilly. Mushroom hunters will enjoy the Hyatt Lake area in both spring and fall.For hikers the Pacific Crest Trail is closeby.

Open year-round, Hyatt Lake Resort offers a tackle shop, pizza parlor, a boat ramp and cabin rentals.

Hyatt Lake has great scenery with good forest land and snow capped peaks in view most of the year. The area around Hyatt lake is filled with deer and other wildlife which can often be seen around the lake.

Campers Cove

The old "Campers Cove" now features a completely renovated restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. 24 cabins have been added, with 20 cabins available as rentals.
 

From Ashland exit 14 take Rt 66 toward Emigrant Lake. Turn left at Dead Indian Memorial Rd. Stay on Dead Indian Memorial Rd. to Howard Prairie turnoff on right. About 5 milkes past Howard Prairie you'll see Camper's Cove first (on right). Hyatt Lake Resort is 1/2 mile past Camper's Cove on the left. (Approx 27 miles from Ashland).
